Grinnell’s a capella groups gave musical performances in the Bucksbaum Rotunda this weekend, singing some pop hits to captive audiences. The G-Tones joined Con Brio for a concert on Sunday evening, while Noteworthy performed solo on Monday evening. All three groups drew sizable crowds of students looking for a study break. The G-Tones, the all-male group pictured above, entertained the audience with some music from One Direction, while Noteworthy performed a rendition of fun.’s “Some Nights.” The groups all had a focus on recent bestselling tracks, providing stellar, and sometimes humorous, modern music entertainment.
