VOLLEYBALL
Since fall break, the volleyball team has won two of the five games it played. After losing to Lake Forest College on Friday, Oct. 17, it came back to win both its games the next day against Beloit College and North Central University. The Pioneers lost last Saturday’s game to Illinois College and then to Cornell College on Wednesday, Oct. 29. The squad will look to bounce back with a victory tonight on Senior Day against Monmouth College at 7:30 p.m. and Knox College tomorrow at 1 p.m.
Cross Country
The men’s and women’s cross country teams will defend their Midwest Conference titles tomorrow at the Conference Championships hosted by Lawrence University. The men have won 16 of their last 17 MWC titles and 26 of the last 28, while the women claimed seven crowns in the last 10 years.
